John Fotiadis

John Fotiadis is Founder and Principal of John Fotiadis Architect (JFA) PLLC, an internationally focused multidisciplinary design firm providing architectural, interior and master planning services.

John is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience.  Before founding JFA in 2009, John ran his own consulting firm and worked in a number of high profile New York based architectural firms. He has held positions as associate partner and design director. His career experience has included managing large-scale projects in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, which have included high-rise residential buildings, hospitality projects, commercial office buildings, and mixed-use master plans, including the 1.6 million square foot master plan for the Lusail waterfront development in Doha, Qatar.

JFA is presently (2012) designing a variety of projects in New York and in Eastern Europe. In addition to large-scale commercial, educational and residential projects in Kiev and Donetsk, Ukraine, JFA was recently awarded the commission of the new Trump Tower for the resort city of Batumi, Georgia.

John graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (cum laude) from Temple University in 1989. He also holds a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University (1991). He is licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Utah, USA.
